Gerald Finley, Jess Gillam, Simon Wallfisch and the Fitzwilliam Quartet

Sean Rafferty presents, with live music from baritone Gerald Finley and fellow baritone, and cellist, Simon Wallfisch with the Fitzwilliam Quartet. Plus saxophonist Jess Gillam.

Sean Rafferty presents a lively mix of music, conversation and arts news. With the Last Night of the Proms just around the corner, Sean is joined by baritone Gerald Finley, who sings live for us before adding a Canadian twist to the famous Last Night vocal shenanigans. Saxophonist Jess Gillam, the other soloist at the Last Night, speaks to us from rehearsals, and baritone Simon Wallfisch and the Fitzwilliam Quartet perform live in the studio for us before a recital at Conway Hall in London.
