The TV presenter and yoga instructor Aggie MacKenzie reflects on navigating a crossroads in her life.

The TV presenter and journalist Aggie MacKenzie recently spent a month on a Greek Island with seven other women as they dived back into the world of dating. Aggie joins Kate and Jason to reflect on that experience and how she has embraced yoga and sport to delay what she describes as 'decrepitude'.

Ahead of the Jewish New Year, Angela Epstein brings in some of the food associated with Rosh Hashanah and tells Jason and Kate about its religious significance.
