As the Government's Migration Advisory Committee releases a report into immigration controls after Brexit, Phil speaks to three employers about the changes it could bring.
The Government's Migration Advisory Commitee has been working out how immigration should be controlled after Brexit, and says EU citizens should face the same visa restrictions as anyone else who wants to come here.
But it says this could change - if there's a trade deal with the EU.
Low-skilled workers wouldn't be welcome - with the exception of seasonal farmworkers.
It's also recommending the cap should be lifted on highly skilled workers and trades.
Phil talks to three employers about how Brexit could affect their businesses and their workforce.
