Qasa Alom
Is an apology ever enough for a racist comment?
Is an apology ever enough for a racist comment? Qasa is asking this after an Asian business woman received an apology after a man mistakenly sent her an email describing her as the ‘p’ word. Then Qasa speaks to Anita Kerai about her new TV show ‘Return to Kenya’ and cookbook ‘Flavours of Kenya’. Her recipes are inspired by her Indian and Kenyan backgrounds. After that Qasa hears from surgeon Jehan Younis about his participation in ‘A laugh a day keeps the doctor away’ – a comedy show which raises money for mental health charity Young Minds.
