The Scottish government is reviewing the rules about harvesting kelp from the seas of Scotland after one company applied to dredge the seaweed mechanically.

We bring together both sides of the argument over plans for a controversial type of kelp harvesting in Scotland. The rules are now being reviewed - but what are the facts?
