An NHS report suggests that one in four young women in England has a mental illness. Nihal asks how difficult is it to talk to your parents about mental health? After that, we’ll be celebrating 20 years since the release of Panjabi MC’s album Legalised with artists Raxstar, Amanjot Sangha and writer and DJ Boy Chana. Later Nihal will be joined by Hollyoaks stars Kieron Richardson and Haiesha Mistry, along with writers Jayshree Patel and Kevin Rundle to talk about their upcoming storyline which explores far right radicalisation. Plus, Nihal will be speaking to Jeetendr Sehdev about his book ‘The Kim Kardashian Principle’.
