This week the government introduces new legislation described as the 鈥渓argest upgrade to workers鈥� rights in a generation鈥�. What are they and what do they mean for the female work-force? Jane speaks to Kate Bell, Head of Economic and Social Affairs from the Trades Union Congress and to Matthew Taylor who carried out a review for the government into the modern workplace on which this new legislation is based.
