with the Rev Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad

On the final Sunday before the big day, Kate and Jason have the best music and guests to get you in the festive mood.

The Rev Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad are getting into the festive mood on the final Sunday before Christmas.

In November, Ross Edgley completed a record breaking swim around the coast of mainland Great Britain. Swimming 1,792 miles in 157 days the physical and mental toll he experienced was extraordinary. Ross joins Kate and Jason to tell them how he pushed himself to stay in the water to complete the challenge despite 70mph winds, jellyfish stings and a disintegrating tongue.

Bishop David Walker also joins Kate and Jason to reflect on the Christmas message and how he and many others will be supporting the homeless over the festive season.

And on today’s show there’s music from the House Gospel Choir who bring their unique musical style to some well-loved Christmas songs and carols, and we discover why Esther the donkey has been crowned this year's Christmas Charity Champion.
