Mary Anne has American alternative hip hop artist Lizzo, live in session, whose forthcoming album 'Cuz I Love You' is, due for release on 19th April via Nice Life Recording Company / Atlantic Records. We're currently loving her latest single 'Juice' and can't wait to welcome her to the 6 Music Live Room.

Lizzo was born in Detroit and grew up in Houston, Texas. She is now based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her musical upbringing saw her learning to play the flute, rapping in high school and then joining a progressive rock band at 19 years old. She released her first solo studio album Lizzobangers in 2013 and worked with Prince on his thirty-sixth studio album Plectrumelectrum in 2014.
