There's live music from gospel singer Becca Folkes and Ryan Riley tells Kate and Jason about cooking for people receiving cancer treatment.

When Ryan Riley's mother was receiving cancer treatment she found that she lost her appetite and sense of taste. After she died, Ryan decided that he would do something to help other cancer patients discover the taste of food and bring them together through cooking classes that he ran. Ryan tells Kate and Jason about Life Kitchen and why he has gone on tour to road test the recipes that will be in a cookbook that will be released next year.

Razan Alsous arrived in the UK in 2012. She lost her family business in an explosion in Damascus. 鈥淲e lost a lot in Syria, so there was no time to sit back and regret the past. As soon as I got my asylum accepted, I had to do something.鈥 Razan and her family settled in Yorkshire and decided to make halloumi cheese. Her squeaky cheese has won 17 food awards and she says the jobs she has created help other refugees integrate into their new society and start making a contribution.

Later this year the christian artist, Becca Folkes will release her 3rd studio EP, "The Trilogy". Becca says this is set to be her most personal collection of music to date, revealing her battles and vulnerable moments. Becca joins Kate and Jason to play live in the Good Morning Sunday studio.
