Children as young as 11 in Belfast are involved in fights arranged on social media - at the weekend, police broke up a fight involving groups of youths on the Springfield Road in west Belfast. And in north Belfast, police patrols were stepped up over fears of another arranged fight in the Cliftonpark Avenue area. Stephen speaks to Superintendent Muir Clark, Childrens' Commissioner Koulla Yiasouma and the SDLP Councillor Paul McCusker.

Also on the programme, the Irish government is today publishing the legal framework surrounding a no deal Brexit. Foreign Affairs Minister Simon Coveney says a "no deal Brexit is lose lose lose for Ireland, UK and EU".
