Jo is on for just one hour tonight after train troubles getting to the studio.

Yola performs live in session for Jo, including a cover of vintage gem from the vaults. Yola grew up in a small town outside Bristol where she was heavily influenced by her mother's record collection, including icons such as Aretha Franklin. She started making music in her teens and went on to front the band Phantom Limb and was also briefly a touring member of Massive Attack. She recently performed with Jools Holland in his annual New Year Hootenanny and Jo made her single Faraway Look her first Infatuation of 2019. Yola released her debut album Walk Through Fire last month and is touring the UK in May and June.
