Bob Harris presents a special celebrating the rock legend David Bowie. With actor, singer, and leading Bowie interpreter Tony Vincent and new symphonic scores of the greatest hits.
A special 鈥楩riday Night Is Music Night鈥� with the full sound of the 60 piece 大象传媒 Concert Orchestra plus rock band, this edition celebrates the life and work of David Bowie. Starring Tony Vincent (who made his name in 鈥楻ent鈥�, then 鈥楯esus Christ Superstar鈥� and 鈥榃e Will Rock You鈥�) and conducted by Brent Havens, the concert is presented by the legendary Bob Harris, who was friends with Bowie when David was just starting out 鈥� Among Bob鈥檚 recollections, introducing the original backing track to 鈥楽pace Oddity鈥� on a cassette player with David at a night club - to derision and apathy! The concert features new symphonic arrangements of Bowie classics including Ziggy Stardust, Life On Mars, Changes, Rebel Rebel, Under Pressure and celebrating it鈥檚 fiftieth anniversary, Space Oddity.
