Trick or treat? It's a Halloween Brexit as deadline moves to 31st October. What difference will it make?

As expected Brexit has been delayed again. The UK and the EU have now agreed to a "flexible extension" until 31st of October. Halloween - you really couldn't make it up! It means Friday's deadline has been moved so we won't leave without a deal. But what difference will this extension make? Vinny spoke to 大象传媒 NI political editor Mark Devenport, and got reaction from TUV MLA Jim Allister and SDLP MLA Daniel McCrossan.

Also on the programme, the scientist Sir Robert Winston says he might bring a private members bill to the House of Lords to force cyclists to have number plates or electronic tags on their bikes. The Labour peer was attacked by a cyclist in London after he told her off for riding on the pavement. Lord Winston, who was kicked and verbally abused by the woman, was speaking on ITV's This Morning programme yesterday. Do you agree with Lord Winston? Should cyclists be made to have number plates on their bikes? Joining us is taxi driver Ken Kelly and commentator Brendan Mulgrew.

And, today is World Parkinson's Day. Over 3700 people are living with the condition here in Northern Ireland and about 9 people every week will be diagnosed this year. In a survey launched today, 91% of people living with Parkinson's in Northern Ireland said they'd had negative experiences as a result of people not understanding their symptoms. These negative experiences included: being laughed at, people assuming they are drunk or unfriendly, and even being disbelieved when they've revealed their diagnosis. Patrick Crossan from Belfast is one of those people living with Parkinson's, he spoke to Vinny this morning.

All that and more on the biggest show in the country.
