John Lodge from the Moody Blues joins Johnnie to chat about his 1970s experiences.

John Lodge was born in Erdington, Birmingham. He joined the Moody Blues as bassist and vocalist in 1966, replacing Clint Warwick. John went on to write many tracks for the band and also had a successful solo career in the 1970s. According to the results of a vote in Bass Player Magazine, John is one of the Ten Best Bass Players of All Time. He was inducted into the US Rock n Roll Hall of Fame in 2018 as a member of the Moody Blues.
