This week, effervescent modern instrumental band Flook play live.

Flook are a pioneering Anglo-Irish instrumental group, featuring whistles and flutes by Brian Finnegan and Sarah Allen. Ed Boyd plays guitar and John Joe Kelly is on bodhran.

Formed in 1995, they won Best Group at the 大象传媒 Radio 2 Folk Awards back in 2006.

Despite various breaks, they are currently reformed, with a new album called Ancora. They play live for Mark Radcliffe this week.
