Celebrating 15 years of Salford鈥檚 finest festival with a playlist of their favourite music. Featuring Manchester soul from IAMDDB, spoken word stories from the Young Identity collective of rappers and poets and the comedy night Sham Bodie give their guide to Salford.

Sounds From the Other City styles itself as a facilitation festival offering emerging artists their first festival performance and nurturing returning artists for a few years on their way up to the bright lights of stardom. Over the last 15 years they have hosted early performances from Alt-J, Jane Weaver and Sampha.
