New York quartet Sunwatchers joins us live in session and to tell all about their newest third studio ablum Illegal Moves, their performances in London's Shackwell Arms and Manchester's Soup Kitchen, cover art and Kool-Aid.

The guest mix this week comes from drummer, producer and rapper Kassa Overall. A gifted artist that has worked with the likes of Donald Byrd, Mayer Hawthorne, Wallace Roney, Ravi Coltrane.
