Hip Hop Legend Adrian Younge presents a Friday 45s mix. The mix was recorded back in April when Adrian popped by with his bandmate, Ali Shaheed Muhammad of A Tribe Called Quest.

The pair formed a band called The Midnight Hour, which is an ode to black excellence and contemporary nod to the sophistication of the Harlem Renaissance.

The duo recruited an incredible array of talent musicians for the project, including a rhythm section and full orchestra and revealed their self titled debut to great acclaim in 2018.
