Tonight former football manager and King of the Jungle Harry Redknapp is on the show, talking about his new book The World According to Harry, in which he shares life lessons from on and off the pitch.
We are also joined by Clare Hands and her mum Jenny. Twenty-year-old Clare suffered a brain bleed a couple of years ago but has since defied all odds and has taken part in her first outdoor wall climb in the Peak District. Lucy Siegle also joins us to talk about local councils’ alternative recycling methods.
