Call You and Yours: What's stopping you from playing sport?

As England's women's football team takes on the USA in the semi-finals of the World Cup, lots more people are watching, but what about participating?

Millions of people are expected to watch England's women's football team take on the USA in the semi finals of the World Cup.

The tournament has been breaking records for TV audiences, as more of us tune in for the first time, but are more women taking part in sport too?

Historically women's football has got less funding and coverage than the men's game - and we want to explore how things are changing.

We want to hear from you if you play women's sport. Perhaps you're a coach or run a girls' team. If it's rugby, tennis or cricket, we want to hear from you too.

If you're not taking part, why not? What are the barriers and what's holding you back. Perhaps you gave up at a certain age and have never played again.

If you're watching for the first time, what's the attraction and tell us if it's inspiring you or your family to have a go.

You can phone in from 1100 on Tuesday 2nd July - Call 03 700 100 444. Or email youandyours@bbc.co.uk now, and leave a phone number so we can call you back.
