Benefit payments, roads and the economy - NIPSA warns of potential serious disruption as civil servants get ready to strike tomorrow. Members from the union NIPSA are set for a one-day strike this Friday over pay and conditions. They say that an offer from employers of a 1.25 per cent pay increase and changes to their terms and conditions of employment have been imposed on workers "without proper and meaningful consultation".
