Antonio Vivaldi is intrinsically linked with the city of his birth - Venice. Donald Macleod explores this association through a series of images of the composer and La Serenissima.
As a virtuoso violinist, as a teacher, as a priest and as a prolific composer, Antonio Vivaldi was a key figure in Baroque Italy and remains one of the most famous names in classical music today. Vivaldi is also intrinsically linked with the city of his birth - Venice.
In Monday鈥檚 programme, Donald explores this association through a series of images of the composer and La Serenissima.
