Jonathan Davis from Korn
Jonathan Davis from Korn picks his Rock God. Plus we salute the passing of one of rock's true legends for This Week in Rock.
Korn have sold over 40 million records. A whopping number for any band, but for one that almost single-handedly defined a genre (nu-metal) that's pretty good going. Jonathan Davis has been there from the start, since Korn began in Bakersfield, California in 1993. The band are back this month with a new album, 'The Nothing'. It's safe to say Jonathan's Rock God is a worthy one - he has so many to choose from but we hope you'll agree the one he picks is perfect for him! Elsewhere, 'This Week In Rock' pay homage to one of the genre's biggest legends, sadly gone but never ever forgotten. Johnnie will also bring you the cream of this week's new releases and some darned fine selections from rock's mighty back catalogue.
