Writer Jenni Fagan on adapting her novel The Panopticon for the National Theatre of Scotland, plus Jojo Moyes on writing about an intriguing slice of US history.

Writer Gary McNair has adapted Ben Johnson’s Jacobean farce The Alchemist, starring Grant O’Rourke and Louise McCarthy as a pair of confidence tricksters. The three of them join Janice in studio.

And in this week’s Tuesday Review: critics Kelly Apter, Claire Sawers and Doug Johnstone discuss two very different TV thrillers – ´óÏó´«Ã½ One’s Dublin Murders, starring Killian Scott and Sarah Greene as detectives investigating two murders in Ireland, and ´óÏó´«Ã½2/Netflix co-production Giri/Haji, an international drama set in London and Toyko, starring Kelly Macdonald.
