David Suchet on life behind the lens

Beloved character actor David Suchet shares stories and reflections from his illustrated memoir, 'Behind the Lens' with Rev Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad.

David Suchet is one of our best loved character actors, famed for Poirot, his career spans Shakespeare to Harold Pinter to Dr Who. He's an avid photographer and in his memoir, 'Behind The Lens' he shares stories and photographs of his life and career. He shares some of these tales with Rev Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad, and reflects on the importance of his faith to him throughout his life, from his Jewish roots, to his conversion to Christianity, aged 40.

Plus award-winning jazz saxophonist YoLanDa Brown tells Kate and Jason why she thinks it's so important children learn a love of music at a young age, especially learning to play an instrument. She's been a 大象传媒 Music Ambassador since 2017, and her recent CBeebies programme 'YolanDa's Band Jam' encourages children to join in with music making and jam along with her band.
