Should you be able to work for a human rights organisation if you've a paramilitary past?

Can you work for a human rights organisation that seeks truth and transparency, if you were part of an organisation that carried out countless human rights abuses itself?

That's the question facing the Pat Finucane Centre this morning after its director Paul O'Connor admitted to being a member of the IRA as a youth

What of the organisation's funders? Should they be reviewing funding?

Should this all be allowed to deflect from Mr O'Connor's decades of work with victims of the Troubles?

Joining Stephen on air, Slugger O'Toole editor Mick Fealty and commentator Tom Kelly.

Also on the programme, Members of Northern Ireland's largest health workers' union go on strike over pay and staffing levels.
