Mark Hoppus from Blink-182

Mark Hoppus from Blink-182 picks his Rock God plus Johnnie takes a look at 'This Week In Rock'.

It's incredible to think that Blink-182 have been around for almost 30 years. Formed in California in 1992, the band were at the forefront of the decade's pop-punk rock scene. Scoring massive hit albums such as 'Enema of the State' in 1999, they seemingly soundtracked an entire generation of rock fans. When frontman Tom De Longe quit in 2005, it's safe to say the news came as more than a shock to their legion of fans. However, co-founder Mark Hoppus and drummer Travis Barker regrouped and recruited Matt Skiba from Alkaline Trio to continue on their chosen path. Fast forward to 2019 and the band have recently released their new album, 'Nine'. Mark's choosing his Rock God for Johnnie - who knows who he might go for? Also on the show, Johnnie delves into the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Archives to cast our ears over 'This Week In Rock', plus we buckle up for a truck-load of new releases and past rock gems.
