Music for a mysterious midwinter

Elizabeth Alker with music from Anna Meredith, Belle Chen and Jonas Bonnetta, plus a brand new choral piece by Robin Richards and a nostalgic ode to the Millenium Dome by Lung Dart

There's frost on the window panes and the skies have turned pale so this week Elizabeth brings a frosty special. Nestle in and hide under your headphones for sounds from the wintry wastes of Newfoundland by Jonas Bonnetta. Elizabeth heads to the freezing Firth of Forth with music by Ben Chatwin and breathes in the chilly salty air of Caernarfon with Robin Richards' brand new choral piece inspired by that town.

The eternal winter on the moon features in the music of Anna Meredith and Belle Chen and we'll sail round the Greenwich Peninsular, feeling nostalgic for the Millennium Dome, with new compositions by Lung Dart.
