Jessica Hynes first appeared on our screens as Cheryl in the hit sitcom The Royle Family for the 大象传媒. In 1999, she co-wrote and starred in Spaced for two series. She has since starred in television shows such as, Doctor Who, Years And Years, The Hour, Up The Women (which she created and wrote), Lizzie and Sarah (which she co-wrote with Julia Davis), One Night, and W1A.
Her film credits include; Shaun of the Dead, Paddington 2, Swallows And Amazons, Son Of Rambow and Tomorrow La Scala.
For theatre she starred in The Norman Conquests at The Young Vic and was nominated for an Olivier for Best Actress for The Night Heron at the Royal Court.
Other awards include winning two British Comedy Awards, both for her performances in Spaced, the RTS award for Best Comedy Performance for her role in Twenty Twelve, going on to win a BAFTA for Female performance in W1A.
