'Change not fast enough' at nursing homes warns Commissioner for Older People Eddie Lynch as he concludes investigation into Dunmurry Manor care home.

The Commissioner for Older People in Northern Ireland has raised significant concerns in his summary of responses to his investigation in to care at Dunmurry Manor Care Home. Eddie Lynch has called for "clear and unambiguous accountability for the delivery of adequate, effective and safe care for older people". The commissioner joined Stephen in studio this morning along with Professor John Williams. We also heard from Nikki Patterson - Director of Nursing and Older People鈥檚 Services at South Eastern Trust.

Also on the programme, The Nolan Show has been trying to get some clarity around many of the issues arising from the MOT fiasco in Northern Ireland. There has been some confusion about untaxed four year old vehicles, and whether any leeway would be given to them by authorities. Joining us this morning to clear up any confusion from a policing perspective was Inspector Rosie Leech from the PSNI's Road Policing Branch.
