Is it difficult to admit you're lonely in the Asian community? A project in Sweden is encouraging young people and pensioners in a block of flats to socialise with each other to combat loneliness. The tenants are only allowed to rent a flat if they agree to socialise with their neighbours for two hours a week. After that, Nihal will be speaking to Moz Mahmood who started a cycling group for Asian women in Peterborough. Later, Ramandeep Kaur and Kirndeep Kaur from the Scottish Sikh Women鈥檚 Conference will be talking about why more bespoke support is needed to help women from the Sikh community. Plus comedian Shappi Khorsandi will be talking to Nihal about how she鈥檚 trying to break the taboos around incontinence with laughter.
