On Monday’s show Janice chats to actors Jason Watkins and Tala Gouveia who both star as an unlikely partnership between two detectives in a new crime drama, McDonald and Dodds.

Writer, comedian and QI Elf, Andrew Hunter Murray tells us about his debut novel - the Last Day – a cli-fi (climate fiction) novel set in a world whose rotation has ground to a halt, half the world is permanently facing inward towards the sun and the other half is facing out towards the cold frozen universe
We hear about the Nollywood Travel Film Festival coming to Glasgow this week, which is a platform to showcase African independent filmmakers from Nigeria. We find out what Nollywood films are all about from Festival director Mykel Parish and also Scottish based Nigerian film-maker Olumie Fadeyibi.
And our single of the week is revealed! This week it’s Glasgow singer songwriter Cara Rose who was the only artist to play more than one show at this year’s Celtic Connections and she tells Janice about her latest release LEARN TO SPEAK.
