Rylan Clark-Neal hosts as chefs Anna Haugh and Romy Gill cook up some cheap, healthy dishes with Indian and Nigerian influences.
On today鈥檚 show are friends Ola and Rhesa from Leicester. Set a budget of just 拢3.50, they make some nifty ingredient choices to stay on budget, which our chefs are tasked with turning into healthy, delicious dishes. Rhesa is in the red tomato kitchen cooking with vegan ingredients alongside Indian chef Romy Gill. With a few spices from Rylan鈥檚 pantry, Romy soon creates some inspirational dishes packed full of flavour. Meanwhile, in the green pepper kitchen, Irish wonder-chef Anna Haugh is cooking with Ola who, unlike Rhesa, isn鈥檛 vegan. She also has a thing for white chocolate and has also brought in plantain, which reminds her of her Nigerian heritage.
