Cooking in the kitchen today are competitive siblings Shaun and Louisa from Liverpool. Before having their families neither sibling spent much time cooking, with Louisa instead using her oven as shoe storage! But now with young children, cooking healthy dinners from scratch is a priority. Joining them in the kitchen today are Akis Petretzikis, who brings his lively Mediterranean flair, and in the red kitchen, spicing up the kitchen, Romy Gill. Once again the ten-minute challenge throws some interesting ingredients into the mix, including preserved lemons and glace cherries! What will the chefs make of that?
