Mum-and-son duo Pat and Tommy are cooking up a storm in the kitchen today. Pat believes she has more traditional tastes, whilst Tommy鈥檚 bag is influenced by his travels around the world and is full of more unusual ingredients. Inventive chef Ellis Barrie transforms Pat鈥檚 ingredients into a beautiful selection of dishes which include scones with mango jam. Meanwhile, Tommy鈥檚 exotic ingredients are elevated by our queen of spice, Romy Gill.
