Call You and Yours: How is the lockdown affecting your health and wellbeing?
According to a YouGov survey we're most worried about gaining weight and losing fitness. Loneliness is the next big problem.
We want to hear from you if you're struggling with your weight or your mood. Perhaps you're eating and drinking more, and exercising less? Maybe you've got strategies for keeping your spirits up?
Email us at youandyours@bbc.co.uk. Leave us a phone number so we can call you back.
We'll be joined live by Dr Rangan Chatterjee who's a GP and TV presenter, he'll be on-hand to give some advice.
If you are feeling emotionally distressed and would like details of organisations which offer advice and support, go online to bbc.co.uk/actionline or you can call for free, at any time to hear recorded information on 0800 066 066.
