Episode 8
Customers test and score a vegan skincare range, a device for fixing hand lugggage to a suitcase and a coat for drying wet dogs.
Lucy Alexander is joined by three inventors to watch footage of customers as they unbox, test, review and score their precious products.
Having failed to find a successful treatment for his acne, Kyle Frank has taken matters into his own hands and created an ethically and sustainably sourced vegan skincare range. Former TV engineer Paul was fed up with his hand luggage constantly falling from the top of his suitcase as he made his way through the airport, so he has designed a simple rubberised board which fits over the handle of any suitcase creating the perfect platform for a second piece of luggage to sit on. And retired music teacher Alison has invented a doggie drying coat to keep her water-loving pets dry and clean in the car.
Once all three inventors have watched the customer responses and given their own thoughts on the feedback, Lucy reveals who has won the coveted The Customer Is Always Right winner鈥檚 trophy.
