Episode 10
Customers test and score a brush for pets, a storage solution for tin cans and a versatile, mouldable plastic stick that can be shaped into various kinds of tool.
Lucy Alexander is joined by three inventors to watch footage of customers as they unbox, test, review and score their precious products.
Syrian-born Ghazwan鈥檚 invention was inspired by his mother-in-law's shaggy dog. Finding that traditional lint rollers failed to deal with excessive pet hair, he spied a gap in the market for a brush that not only cleans up lint and hair but also incorporates a self-cleaning holder to collect the fluff. Retired engineer Steve has come up with a storage solution for collections of tin can, and Forrest and Chris have come up with an eco-friendly, hand-mouldable plastic stick that can be softened and shaped to mend an infinite number of DIY tasks.
Once all three inventors have watched the customer responses and given their own thoughts on the feedback, Lucy reveals who has won the coveted The Customer Is Always Right winner鈥檚 trophy.
