A Kintra Special from Glenarm Estate.
Helen Mark visits Glenarm Estate to meet the staff and volunteers adapting to life in the current crisis.
Home to the Earl of Antrim, Glenarm Estate has survived many difficult seasons over the centuries, but how does the current pandemic change things? Helen Mark hears how the thousands of blooms normally on show in the annual Tulip Festival have been used to support the NHS and meets the Estate staff and volunteers working hard to help the local community – and protect jobs – in these most difficult of days.
The Kintra team loves to hear from listeners – so why not get in touch with a yarn or maybe even suggest a tune you’d love to hear – you can email them at kintra@bbc.co.uk .
