Pianist Stephen Hough, live at London's Wigmore Hall

Andrew McGregor introduces acclaimed British pianist Stephen Hough in music by Bach (arr Busoni) and Schumann.

Every weekday in June, as part of ´óÏó´«Ã½ Arts’ Culture in Quarantine initiative, Radio 3 broadcasts a live Lunchtime Concert from London's Wigmore Hall. Taking place without an audience present, this series of twenty recitals - the first live concert broadcasts since the start of lockdown - features some of the UK's finest instrumentalists and singers in music from the 16th century to the present day.

To begin the series, Andrew McGregor introduces the acclaimed British pianist Stephen Hough in music by Bach (arr. Busoni) and Schumann.
