Roddy Hart is live from Pacific Quay in Glasgow with a host of friends dropping in remotely alongside new releases and archive sessions.
Sea Girls are one of the UKs most exciting live bands and they sold out Glasgow Barrowland before their debut album was even released. Oli and Henry of the band tell Roddy about the making of Open Up Your Head and what inspires their live shows.
