Vinnie Jones tells Rev Kate Bottley about love and loss, a year on from losing his wife Tanya and the fat acceptance blogger Stephanie Yeboah on how she came to love her body.

This morning Vinnie Jones tells Kate how he's coped, a year after losing his beloved wife Tanya. Married to Vinnie for 25 years, Tanya died of cancer in 2019. The actor and ex-footballer tells Kate about his love for her and how he's struggled with his grief. Vinnie has written a new, intimate memoir 'Lost Without You': Loving and Losing Tanya' with the help of his daughter Kaley, and hopes it's raw honesty might help others in their lowest moments.

Plus the blogger Stephanie Yeboah shares her journey of body positivity and how she came to love her body. Her book 'Fattily Ever After: A Black Fat Girl's Guide to Living Life Unapologetically' is a guide to reclaiming our bodies from shame and abuse and a love letter to plus-size, black women everywhere.

And Rabbi Robyn Ashworth-Steen joins us to Pause for Thought.
