A Culture of Kindness; The Bearman of Buncrana; Score Draw Music; Carryduff reaching the Down Senior GAA Final

Nahla Summers and her Culture of Kindness across the world; plus Killian McLaughlin, aka the Bearman of Buncrana and his dream of setting up an animal sanctuary becoming reality.

Nahla Summers spent 15 years in the corporate world until losing her partner inspired her to set up A Culture of Kindness. She talks to John about her upcoming trip to Northern Ireland, after cycling thousands of miles across the world on her elliptigo bike, all in the name of kindness. Killian McLoughlin has the nickname of Bearman of Buncrana – he tells John all about how his passion for animals has led him on a crusade to bring back indigenous species like bears and wolves by setting up his own animal sanctuary. Also, Belfast composer Mark Gordon of Score Draw Music chats about his career composing music for the film industry and tv including Oscar winning films and working with stars like Dolly Pardon. His new video for Screen Works offers advice to students wanting to write music for the media industry. John catches up with GAA fanatic Paddy Mullan of Carryduff who has been coaching players for 40 years, on the weekend when for the first time ever the team have all to play for in the Down Senior GAA Final; and Paula McIntyre cooks Malaysian Chicken curry with tomato rice.
