It's not a second lockdown, but far tighter restrictions on hospitality are on their way as the government aims to tackle the surge in Coronavirus cases. All pubs and restaurants across the central belt are to be closed - and those in the rest of the country can only serve alcohol outdoors. Do you think the restrictions will work?
