Broadcaster and adventurer Ben Fogle talks about how the lockdown in the spring reminded him of all the lessons he had learned from his expeditions: rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean; crossing Antarctica on foot, surviving a year as a castaway on a remote Hebridean island, and summitting Mount Everest. He took the chance to get them down in a book, called INSPIRE- LIFE LESSONS FROM THE WILDERNESS and he joins Janice today to talk about it.
