Gary Raymond and his guests cast a critical eye on what's going on in the Welsh arts and popular culture scene. This month Gary is joined by writer and critic Caragh Medlicott and journalist, broadcaster and critic Jude Rogers.
The panel explore the haunting and visceral new horror film Saint Maud, which sees Morfydd Clark in her first big feature lead as the eponymous Maud - a lonely home care nurse gripped by religious fervour who seeks to save her patients' souls.
They've also been listening to The Heart of Cardiff, a new series of audio dramas from the Sherman Theatre. Featuring new and established acting and writing talent, the audio plays examine different aspects of the Welsh capital from a personal and public perspective. Up for discussion are the first three plays in the series: Mr Carlos de Pass by Kyle Lima, Goodbye Memory Lane by Emma Cooney and Peerless by Owen Thomas.
Gary and his guests take a look at the latest incarnation of reality television set in Wales with Channel 5's warm-hearted, Rhondda-based series Our Valley Family and they listen to another project firmly rooted in its community in the form of The Hepburns' new album Electric Lliedi Land: Songs About Stories About Llanelli, which mixes the band's signature indie musical magic with evocative and nostalgic spoken word tracks.
