Ambulance crew Ricky and Luan use their skills to help him safely into the ambulance. Special Operations paramedic Brian is called to help his colleagues at a bus crash in Glasgow that has left passengers injured. In Paisley, Gary and Pete respond to a call about a young boy with a rare heart condition who has had a seizure and needs to be checked in hospital. And back in Aberdeen, paramedic Nick struggles to get an intravenous line into a seriously ill patient.
