Gary Davies sits in for Steve Wright and talks to Baroness Tanni-Grey Thompson about her contribution to a book called 'A Few Wise Words' and Matt Baker talks about doing this year's Rickshaw Challenge for Children In Need which has had to be adapted because of the coronavirus pandemic.
All the music for the show has been chosen by projects that are helped by Children In Need.
These are the Community Intercultural Programme鈥檚 Youth Group, Oasis in Northern Ireland, St Margaret鈥檚 House in South East London and Indepen-dance in Scotland.
