Rev Kate Bottley meets Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson and looks ahead to the Young Chorister 2020 final.

Reverend Kate Bottley presents uplifting stories about life, love and modern spirituality, alongside a great soundtrack for your Sunday morning.

Kate talks to one of our greatest Paralympic athletes, Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson who has no fewer than 11 Gold Paralympic medals to her name. A cross-bench life peer in the House of Lords, Tanni is also a motivational speaker, broadcaster and Mum, so who better to share 'A Few Wise Words' in a new book of advice to live by. It's a guide, particularly for young people, to try and find their purpose and reach for success. Tanni shares some of her story and tips with Kate, marks the 25th anniversary of the Disability Act and reflects on a difficult year, particularly for those shielding or clinically vulnerable.

Plus Kate looks ahead to the final of the 大象传媒's Young Chorister of the Year competition in collaboration with Radio 2 and Songs of Praise. With the final broadcasting tonight, Kate finds out all about the festive finals and the talent the competition uncovered at in schools, church halls and choirs up and down the country.
